We've been talking to Katie from AMA Events who popped in to talk about their annual event which this year moves to two halls.

This year we are facing the challenge of building a split exhibition in a very short amount of time, James and his team have been so flexible and proactive when it has come to working around this.

They've scheduled a timetable and are liaising with all of the other suppliers to give us less of a logistical headache when it comes to monitoring a ‘one-in, one-out’ unload system.

Pickard's provide us with shell scheme and electrical services for a conference and exhibition that we organise; the event has over 500 delegates, 90 speakers, and 80 exhibitors and in fairness I couldn't imagine running this event without them.

Pickard's have been assisting AMA since before I started with the company and I doubt I will ever look to change supplier. They work seamlessly alongside our team and all of our clients, exhibitors and suppliers look forward to working with them year on year.
